If Packet Patch turns out not to be right for your class, we refund the full price – within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Reply to Paddle’s order confirmation email, use paddle.net, or email us with your order number at lizenz@wunderkammer-apps.de. Paddle refunds the amount to the payment method you used.

We start the refund as soon as we get your message. How fast the money arrives depends on your bank or payment method.

What happens to the license key

The refund ends the license. Please remove the key from your devices in the teacher menu. We block it in future versions of the app – the block list ships with the update, and the app never checks with us online. Your classes, trees, and albums stay as they are, and you can keep using everything that is free.

After 14 days

If you have a technical problem we can’t fix, email us – we’ll work out a fair solution. Any statutory rights you have are not affected.
